Event Water is a Gloucester based temporary fresh water management and infrastructure company.

We provide fresh and grey water solutions for music festivals and other outdoor events throughout the United Kingdom. Your water needs will be met in the most hygienic and efficient way.

Festivals

Event Water LTD provides full management, install and the running of fresh and waste water infrastructure as well as consultancy to festivals. We have provided fresh water solutions for a varied scale of festivals from 500 to 50,000+ capacity festival…

Events

Events are becoming more and more unique, the demand for water in more unique places grows. If you require a fresh water supply for a temporary kitchen in a Glenn in the Scottish Highlands or drink water station at a surfing event on a beach in Newquay, we can provide a solution for your event.

Temporary Water Supplies

Temporary water supplies can come about for a number of reasons, from installing new facilities at your local leisure centre to natural disasters.

Event Water LTD have the infrastructure and assets to provide hot and cold running water as well as waste management for temporary structures, kitchens, portacabins, shower blocks & bunkabins.

Water Contingency Plans

The loss of mains water can deliver a servere blow to many aspects of life, from general hygience to manufacturing procedures. This can cause loss of earnings or health risks until the problem is fixed…

Event Water thrives on the fact we will be able to deliver the best solution for temporary fresh water needs.

Event Water Ltd was formed by two friends, Neil and Ben, who between them, have many years experience installing fresh & waste water systems at events & festivals around the UK.

Both are EUSR card* scheme holders, after successfully completing the National Water Hygiene course and exam. The scheme is recognised by the UK water industry as a vital part of ensuring the protection of public health and promoting safe drinking water practices.

Working closely with the site’s Health and Safety Officer and working to the British Standard BSI 8551 , all installations are tested to ensure the water is safe and free from harmful bacteria before being commissioned for use; this is done by water samples being sent to laboratories for screening beforehand and continual monitoring throughout.

01. Quality

Event water are the first temporary water supplier to work alongside Akro valve the manufacturer of the Oxfam gravity tap which we use on our multi tap stations. We are currently with Akro valve trying to develop a solution to stop the boggy patch around stand
pipes and multi-taps.

02. Integrity

Provision of safe drinking water is governed by the Water Safety Regulation (HSG195).
Event Water does its upmost to make sure it is always working within these guildlines

03. Innovations

Continuous testing and monitoring is done throughout the events and festivals to ensure
the highest standard of water quality is maintained.

04. Safety

Providing an honest, no corners cut service is very important. In an industry where one mistake or procedure doesn’t get followed, hundreds if not thousands of people could end up seriously affected. Integrity is key.

Neil Marfell is the co-founder of Event Water Ltd, alongside Ben Williams.

Neil’s passion and drive to continually improve the customer’s experience at such events guided him towards the creation of Event Water Ltd. Having gained a substantial knowledge in the temporary water supply industry, Neil was always looking at ways in which to improve service to customers. This extended to custom designing and building equipment to facilitate the demands of the user.

I’m Ben Williams and I’m the co-owner of Event Water Ltd alongside Neil Marfell.

After graduating from Sheffield University, I worked as a ‘Dater Analyst’ for a mobile network provider. After a few years in this industry, I realised that I wanted to take a new career path and started working as a ‘Water Technician’ for a fresh water solutions company. Enjoying this new challenge and my new career path, I gained experience working at many music festivals such as Glastonbury, Rambling Man and 2000 Trees, as well as Cheltenham Literature Festival.
